I'm Rachael.

​My belief as a therapist: 
Therapy is unlearning who we had to be and come home to who we were born to be; ourself.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I create a safe and grounded space for healing while gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. I believe therapy is not just about coping — it’s about transformation. With a blend of creativity, compassion, and honest reflection, I support you in reconnecting with your inner strength, uncovering your truth, and rewriting the stories that no longer serve you. 
My approach is empowering and collaborative. I walk beside you — not in front of you — as we explore the deeper roots of your experience, honouring your pace and your process. Whether we’re using traditional talk therapy, somatic practices, or expressive tools, the work is always centred on your wholeness, not just your wounds.

Healing can be messy, beautiful, and profoundly liberating. I’m here to help you meet yourself fully — with courage, curiosity, and care.
